Everything behind
the journey.
This is the product map behind the connected workforce story: recruitment and training, scheduling, worked time, compliance, payroll preparation and the operational view. Each area writes to the same records, which is why the breadth matters rather than the count. Built for staffing agencies, caterers and event teams.

Product map
Each area below leads with the outcome, then shows the real product moment behind it.
An application becomes a prepared worker, once.
Applications from your own careers widget land on a board with the stages your organisation uses. A manager moves people through, and approving someone creates the worker record the rest of Keruja reads. Their recruitment record carries forward when they become staff, so your team does not rebuild the record from scratch.
Training sits on the same record: sequential lessons, a quiz with your pass mark, and Passed as a readiness fact your staffing team can see, not a certificate in somebody's inbox.
A staffing board built on events, jobs and shifts.
Build the jobs from the event, see every role that still needs someone, and assign from the same view. Matching suggests, your team decides.
Know what happened on the shift before the hours are approved.
Check-in and check-out become a worked-time record your team can review before it moves towards payroll preparation. The times arrive as Submitted, a manager approves them, and the shift is closed with 6.0 hours on the record rather than a memory of when people arrived.
Approved by a manager
Approved hours, costed and ready to export.
Nobody reassembles the week from messages and notes. Rates are frozen when the shift is assigned, a manager approves the worked time, and approved worked time becomes a controlled payroll run that your team can review, lock and export. A locked run cannot be edited.
Checks that follow the worker, not the folder.
Documents move from Uploaded to In Review to Approved by a person on your team, and carry expiry or review dates where relevant. Requirements are set for your organisation and per client, and a gap blocks the assignment before the shift is staffed.
One place for the work they have accepted.
A mobile-first Staff Portal, available in the browser with no App Store download required. An offer arrives, they accept or decline it, they check in at the venue, and they can see their worked time move from Submitted to Approved. Fewer messages chasing answers, and fewer questions about which shift was confirmed.
They see their own shifts, documents, worked time and pay details. Another worker's pay and private records stay private.
Clients approve the work, not your internal finances.
A client signs in to their own portal, requests staff for an event, approves the hours worked and leaves reviews. What they cannot see is deliberate: staff pay rates, gross pay, internal margins and restricted internal notes never appear there.
See what needs attention now, then export what happened.
Unfilled shifts, timesheets waiting on approval and documents due for review sit in one list, with the action beside each one., so the morning question of what actually needs doing has an answer. When the week is closed, the same records produce the exports your finance team asked for, and the audit history shows who approved what.
Three connected workspaces, one set of records.
Recruitment, staffing, approvals, compliance, costing and exports in one place.
Offers, availability, training, documents, expenses and contracts, in a browser.
Their events, their requests and their approvals. Never your pay rates or margins.
