Prices exclude VAT. Annual prepay and non-profit discounts stack up to a maximum of 30%, and apply subject to the £149 minimum monthly charge.
Keep your full roster in Keruja. Staff charges apply only to the people booked or worked that month.
Holding two hundred and fifty people on your roster adds nothing to the staff line. That line counts only the people who were booked or worked in the billing month. Admin seats and the monthly minimum apply as normal.
Active staff are non-external workers booked on at least one scheduled or completed shift in the billing month. Invited-only and cancelled shifts do not count, and each person counts once however many qualifying shifts they have.
Estimated core platform cost
Two numbers drive the core platform charge: the admin seats you choose, and the active staff you book that month.
