An event in Keruja holds its jobs, and each job holds its shifts, with their own times, rates and requirements. You staff them from one board, and every assignment carries its rate and its eligibility with it. Multi-factor matching suggests, your team decides.
One worker has dropped out and two roles are still unresolved for tomorrow's event. Your team can see who is confirmed, where the gaps are and which suitable people can be assigned, in one view.
Four things this changes on a busy week.
Offer the shift in waves, not to everyone at once
Invite your first choices and see the answer as a state on the shift: Invite Sent, then Awaiting Confirmation, then Confirmed. Send the next wave only to the roles still open, so nobody is chased twice and nobody is double booked by accident.
Double bookings are caught before you assign
Staff record their own availability and leave in the Staff Portal. When Keruja ranks candidates for a shift, anyone on approved leave or already booked on an overlapping shift is marked ineligible with the reason shown, and assigning someone who already holds a clashing shift is stopped unless you choose to override it. The clash is caught in the office, not after somebody has accepted two shifts.
When somebody drops out, the shortlist is already there
A decline at 4pm reopens the slot as Unassigned, and the suitable people are ranked for you as Strong, Good or Weak with the reasons visible. You are not rebuilding the shortlist from memory or scrolling a group chat. You choose, and you click Assign.
Eligibility checked at assignment
Training, documents and contracts are checked against your requirements and your client requirements at the moment of assignment, so a gap is caught in the office rather than at the venue door.
A confirmed shift is the start of a chain, not a diary entry.
Everything downstream reads the assignment: the check in, the approved hours, the cost and the payroll export. Nothing is retyped between them.

Clients see coverage and the reports you authorise. Rates, margins and internal notes stay inside your organisation.
What this does not do
Matching ranks and flags. Keruja never puts a person on a shift by itself, and it never accepts an offer on their behalf.
Approved hours and frozen rates produce a payroll ready export. Statutory payroll stays with your payroll provider.
Location is recorded at check in and check out only. There is no live tracking, and no facial recognition.
