Electronic signatures are recognised in UK law, and Keruja records the timestamp, IP address and consent alongside every signature. Specific agreements can carry their own execution requirements - check with your adviser if unsure.
Not yet. Each contract is issued to one staff member. Bulk issuance (e.g., seasonal workers) is on the roadmap.
Status changes to 'Declined'. You receive email alert and can follow up manually. Declined contracts are logged for audit.
No. Once issued, contracts are immutable. You can void and reissue if terms change.
