Set up jobs and shifts with roles, times and locations. Open positions surface Copilot suggestions inline, no separate trigger needed.
Review AI suggestions
Each suggestion shows a match percentage, confidence badge (HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW), and full factor breakdown. Clashes with existing assignments are detected and flagged automatically.
Approve and assign
Accept suggestions one by one, or apply the ranked list to all open positions with one reviewed Fill All action. Every assignment is logged: who approved it, when, and which suggestion it came from.

Weighted factors such as skills, reputation, reliability, availability, proximity, experience and client history are combined into one score. Matching suggests, your team decides. Compliance is checked separately as a hard eligibility gate.
Clash detection
Automatic double-booking prevention. If a candidate is already assigned to an overlapping shift, the clash is flagged before you can assign them.
Fill All: batch assignment
Apply the ranked suggestions to all open positions in one reviewed admin action. Clashes are skipped, every assignment is logged, and you can unassign before publishing.
Confidence scores
Every suggestion is tagged HIGH (80%+), MEDIUM (60-79%), or LOW (below 60%). Visual badges make it instant to identify strong matches.
